Wrist Pain, Cannot Bend It Forwards

I m 15 and every few weeks I get a pain in my wrist . I can t bend it forwards or backwards all all without it really hurting. I ve had this for a few years now. Also, When I put any weight on it, it feels like its going to snap. I play guitar a lot so I don t know if that s anyone to do with it, but it does stop me from playing and doing every day things like picking things up or moving my fingers.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Your symptoms are suggestive of an inflammation of the tendon sheath- tendonitis.
You need to provide rest to your wrist, take mild anti inflammatory medicines and do a hot fomentation in the area for relief.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
