X-ray Showed Arthritis, Complication Between Chest Cavity Area. What Could Be Wrong?

Recently I paid a visit to the Chiropractic doctor due to pain in my back. In my xray , she pointed out that I had arthritis between my back and neck . She also said that something else was going on in my chest cavity area. Strange that she said that because I now also have pain there too. What could possibly be going on?
