XRAY SPINE LUMBAR COMP W/OBLIQUES The study shows degenerative disc space narrowing moderate to severe at L3-4, L4-5, and L5-S1 with spur formation anteriorly and posteriorly at L3-4 and L4-5….. there is bilateral facet joint sclerosis and narrowing seen bilaterally, greatest on the left at L4-5 on the right at L5-S1.

If with above finding of MRI you are also having severe back pain & radiating pain in lower limb then the advisable treatment in this condition is surgery with fusion of spine.
