Yellow Discharge From Anus, Watery Substance From Rectum. No Periods Due To Hysterectomy

i have a yellowish discharge from my anus for about 2 weeks now. it is not just when I go to the bathroom. I can feel the watery substance move to my rectum and then I have to make an effort to keep it in. When I go to the bathroom, a yellow mucousy substance comes out.I no longer have a monthly menstruation due to a hysterectomy at a young age. I have been having to wear a pad, and it is getting painful around the outside. help
