Yesterday I Had Bright Red Gooey Blood Come Out Of

Yesterday I had bright red gooey blood come out of my rectum when I pushed to pass gas,I went to the ER and they told me I had a fissure .Today I tried to have a bow movement and a marron clot came out,could this still be from a fissure? I am also having cramps.

Yes your problem may be related to either to fissure or may be haemmaroids.
You must go for surgeon opinion.
You can take following medicines for this-
Tab deflan 300 mg 3 times a day
Ointment proctosedyl p capply locally after each defeacation
Syp cramaffin 2 tsf tid
You should take this for 7 days
