Yesterday I Started Having A Dull Pain Under My Right

Yesterday I started having a dull pain under my right ribs, I also felt very tired and out of it. This morning I woke up nauseous, a pounding headache, a metal taste in my mouth and this same pain under my right ribs whigh is a lot sharper now. No medicine seems to be helping my headache or any of my symptoms, I thought maybe I was getting the flu and then I had some weird colored and weird smelling vaginally bleeding and now I'm not so sure if I should be worried.. I have 3 children which were all delivered cesarean, my tubed are now tied and I am 28
