Your Thoughts About Child's White Bump On Elbow?

MY 4 YEAR OLD SON HAS A WHITE BUMP ON HIS ELBOW. SOMETIMES IT HAS A PINKISH TINT AROUND IT. HE DOESNT COMPLAIN ABOUT IT BUT IT HAS BEEN THERE FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS NOW. AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS AN ANT BITE BUT IT HASNT GONE AWAY.. WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS?

THANK YOU

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

From the description given by you it appears to be Tinea Versicolor that is fungal infection of the skin. Exact diagnosis can only be confirmed by visual inspection of the lesion.

Rest be assured there is no cause for worry.

Take care

Best Regards
