Can I Use Daflon To Soften Stools In A 2 Year Old Child??

Hi my daughter is 2 years and her stool is hard can i use daflon to soften her stool? I was giving her lactlolose and it word but she keep holding her stool. I don t know what more to do, i also blend fruits and give it to her but she still hold her stool. Please help
