Hi, Sir my semen analysys: Quantity 1 ml, Consistency Normal, PH 8.1, Total Sperm Count 55 million, Active motile 40%, Sluggish motile 35%, Non Motile (Dead) 25%, Pus Cells, 11-13 / hpf RCVs Nil, Please advise me how can get red of pus cells and increase quantity and active motile. My age is 27 y.

Your semen report is normal so far your sperm count is concerned.
But as there is pus cells in the semen you may go for further investigations.
There may be infection in urine or prostate gland which may give pus cells in the semen.
You may go for urine check up and ultra sound to conclude the diagnosis.
You consult your doctor and discuss about these possibilities
