First of all, surgery doesn't help you get "in shape". It only removes your fat so you look thinner, but on the inside, you still may have a high body fat percentage. Surgery is overrated and you should be exercising and only eating 1500 calories a day if you want to lose the weight. Walk 3 miles a day or so, and if you don't get tired, try running slightly.
You could try Biggest Loser. You lose weight the healthy way and gain confidence like you should, not because you had surgery and only look healthier after.
