I threw up everything for one day. Later that night I got a fever but it was gone when I woke up. I have severe pain under my ribs every once in a while. I have not had an appetite but I've been forcing myself to eat. I have not thrown up since the first day but my stomach feels bloated and I get shocks of pain. What could this be?

Are you a smoker? Chances are that you are having chest infection, Are you having cough too. Loss of appetite can also happen because of the infection. My advice too you is to first get an Chest x ray done, and if it shows infection than get antibiotics.
