Hi I've Been Feeling Very Cold Lately And Shaking Because

hi i've been feeling very cold lately and shaking because im freezing. i can be in the house, dressed warm and im still freezing and tense and shaking to the cold. it's been like this for awhile and when i go outside for a long period i can, not often but can start shaking uncontrollably. i have been waking up early for the past days due to a new schedule, so maybe it's from fatigue? my feet are always cold and my hands are freezing and dry , even though i put lotion on
