I Am Male Aged 49 Yrs. I Have Some Boil

i am male aged 49 yrs. i have some boil near anus. i applied t.bact as doctor advise and sit on hot water for 1 time for 2 days. that boil reduce in size. and pain reduce due to this treatment. my question is today morning the boil breaks and a little blood is coming. no pain at all. what is the next step i have to do now? i want to know it is external piles or boils due to heat?
