I Had A Mild Concussion When I Went To The Emergency Room,kindly Suggest

I was diagnoced with syncope 2 years ago and my symptoms have gotten worse after the last time i passed out i had a mild concussion when i went to the emergency room but they didnt do any kind of scan or anything at the hospital and i have not had a way to get to a docdor ever sence i would really like to know if there is anything i can do to make my dizziness and loss of sight appon standing
