i have occasional near fainting spells, my heart rates increases, pounding in the ears, weak feeling, one time my blood pressure went up a good bit. very scary thing has happened 2 times last 2 weeks went to Er LAST JUNE 2 TIMES in 7 days, doctor said it was extreme vertigo.
