The ideal weight for your height of 5'2" is between 50-65 so at 83 kgs you are obese.Simple diet plan will not help you loose weight as it is desired.The better option is to follow a strict diet as well as exercise regularly.For the weight loss now you need a proper plan so you have to join a gym where you will get a dietitian to help you with the diet chart and a physical trainer to guide you with the exercises to help you reduce in a healthy and efficient way.
