In the short term, probably not (it also depends somewhat on your age, risk factors, etc.) If your blood pressure is consistently high (even a little high, as yours is) there's been a correlation to heart disease later on in life. A diagnosis of hypertension is usually made after several elevated blood pressures, not one or two (as most people's BP can fluctuate widely in the space of a few minutes), but take this as a sign to maintain (or improve upon) a healthy lifestyle regardless. Make sure you're eating right, exercising, etc. and hopefully you can lower your blood pressure and limit your chance of heart disease in the future. And perhaps most important, make sure you're following up with your doctor for checkups...
