my girl baby 4 month 25 days old and suffering from loose motion in winter season then what to do.

if ur baby is on exclusive breast feeding, it may be viral diarrhoea. give pre & pro biotic combination like bifilac sachet 2 times daily or enterogermina respule 1 times daily for 3 days. feeding should be continue. if motion become worse than consult ur pediatrician.
if ur baby also take bottle feed it may be viral or other infectious diarrhoea. give same treatment & syp ofloxacin & nitazoxide combination 2 ml 2 times daily for 3 days. stop bottle feeding, maintain proper hygine.
