It looks like your daughter is suffering from upper resp tract infection.
Take levoflox 250 mg once daily for 5 days after food. She should feel fine. Give half paracetamol for fever

Probably ur child is suffering from Sinusitis or throat infection.
Avoid self medications(avoid newer fluroquinolones).
Steam inhalation and salt water gargling will help.
