My Daughter In A Period Of Six Weeks Can No

my daughter in a period of six weeks can no longer take in solid food or liquid. Esophagram and endoscope are normal. She simply regurgitates everything within 20 minutes of ingestion. I believe this is a motility disorder with post traumatic history and present high anxiety and depression. A type A 16 yr old dying in front of me. Is in therapy, with scheduled followups next week with primary care and U of M adolescent psychiatry group. I am also a Dr however believe this started with PTS and she is now totally dysfunctional and without basic food nutrients. No dehydration.

Can she be treated medically for the acute anxiety
Can she overcome this
Am I on the right track because she fits this as well as associated ruminationsyndrome and abandonment characteristics.

Please help
