My Name Is Summer And I Have Had A Pain

my name is Summer and I have had a pain in my upper right corner of my neck and shoulder and i thought it might go away after a couple of days but it hasnt it hurts really bad and i cant move it up or look up or move it right or left it hurts to move it and i have taken tylenol and put some Flexall Plus (Pain Relieving Gel In An Aloe Vera Base) but nothing is working i also has a huge knot on the corner of my shoulder on the right side but its in the upper corner of my shoulder and neck and it is where my neck meets the shoulder what is this and why am i having the really bad and sharp pain that wont go away please any suggestions that i can do to make it stop hurting?
