My Wife And I Both Have Teetyh Pain In Our

my wife and I both have teetyh pain in our back molars. Our face also hurts on same side and we read about hay fever and sinus's effecting teeth. My wifes pain is so bad she cries-the other night it was throbbing in her tface and today it is like the nerve in her teeth getting hit with a metallic object-what can cause this and we've done Sudafed and Alleve...is there anything else we can do?
