Palpable Lump Left Groin Is Represented By A Superficial Lymph Node

Hi my four year old son had a utlrasound and it says palpable lump left groin is represented by a superficial lymph node measuring 9mm. There are three smaller slightly more distal lymph nodes present. What does this mean????

Clean genitals and groin area properly during bath. Any rash needs treatment.
