Puss In Insect Bite Injury

my 3 year old daughter has a bite on her thigh for the past 3 days. i thought it was a flea bite, but now it is open and i can see puss when i press down. also the tissue underneath is hard. How should I treat this bite? Thank you

Your daugther will need antibiotics and also draining of pus. Take her to her doc and he/she will remove pus from it, and start antibiotics too..
