Semen Fall At Nightmare

hi

from past 6 yrs onwards every alternate days my semen coming out while i am in sleep

though i am a married and i have son also.  but i am unhappy with my sexual life because at the time of sex erection commenced in 1 minutes it self

and now day by day my face is changing the chiks are going in and the dark circle under the eyes    every one saying me that u was became skeleton

i dont have hiv

so please suggest me that what i have to do   day by day myself losing my confidence
