Should I Be Concerned For The High Diastolic Reading And Undergoing Anxiety Since This Morning?

hi there i was just wondering about my blood pressure i suffer from blue collor bp so i take it at home i suffer a little anxiety and this morning my bp was great it was 116 over 88 heart rate 89 and now i just took it and the was 129 over 108 should i worry about the bottom one thanku Annette

I think after checking blood pressure please relax and then check again after 5 minutes. Also please check in both arms and choose the one which is higher as the correct one. Yes 108 as diastolic is high, if it is so then consult a doctor, get your B.P. checked from him and take treatment if it comes out high
