i received the smallpox vaccination in 2005 and now the area of my arm where i received the vaccination has rescabbed as if i got revaccinated should i be concerned?

smallpox is eridicated from the world in the late 80s in ninetheenth century, how come you are vaccinated in 2005 when there is no vaccine is produced and available in the market
