It seems that you are having pre mature ejaculation problem.
This is common when you are very much excited.So while doing intercourse you divert your mind to some other routine affairs like house problems,family.by this way you will prolong your ejeculation.
You can take Viagra after consulting your doctor.

eat lots of vegetables.. drink lots of water. do intercourse morning ..and try to control your mind . and do not take any tension/stress for this
