stool analysis of female patients aged 16 month showed + fat cells, 1-2 pus cells , bacteria ++, undigested food +++, her weight is 10 kg and complaining of diarrhea since 10 days what is the possible differential diagnosis and investigations needed

How often is she having diarrhea? Unless more information is provided or the severity of the diarrhea warrants intervention, there is no clear information to suggest that she has an active infection right now. The gut is full of bacteria and a report of bacteria without increased leucocytes isn't any reason to conclude on a possible infection. For now, I recommend monitoring and increased fluids administration.
