im 22 years old female, i have chronic constipation and my stool analysis showed,
odour : offensive
Pus cells : 6-8
RBC's : 0-1
Bacterial cells : +
vegetable cells : +
fat globules: +
starch: ++
other findings : Yeast +
so, what do u suggest ?

Hi,
I would suggest the following.
1. Plenty of water
2. High fiber diet.
3. bananas to be eaten regularly.
4. Regular exercise.
5. Avoid fast foods and meaty food articles.
