Suggest Treatment For Fibrosing Mediastinitis In Both Lungs

Hi, I am 37 years old, (w) 134 (h) 4 11. I have fibrosing mediastinitis on both lungs, on the top of my heart and on my SVC. I have two stints as of right now. how ever, i get tired easy, and i hurt in my chest all day and night as if i am carrying a 150 lbs men around on my chest. is there any hope for me? what can I do to feel better?
