low libido following labour seems to be psychological and also some amount of medical is there so the medical component will be taken care of by the testosterone and the psychological component by the councelling

Sexologist Dr. Gomatthi Chinnaswamy's  Response
Female usually gets an increase in libido after childbirth since the hormonal level increases during pregnancy which reduces the sexual drive tossome extent. In your case it might be because of the testosterone ?/ the child rearing responsibility in your mind.Try to allot some time for your personal pysical fittness by doing yoga /exercise which will improve feminine hormones and mental and physical fittness for sexual drive.
