Tiny White Looking Bumps Growing Around The Tip Of My Nostrils

Hello i was sick a few days ago and i had a runny nose so i had to wipe my nose with tissue paper. But now i have tiny white looking bumps growing around the tip of my nostrils. Please HELP ! what can i do to prevent it ?

These might be due to the repeated friction of wiping the nose, they should go away on their own, if they remain same or go worse in next 2 days, then get them examined..
