Trembling Disease After Head Injury. Do I Need Medical Attention ?

i got accident sixteen years ago i was eleven years old and i got a head injury, my fore head skull bend, five years after the accident, five years after the accident i started having a trembling disease and my body respond to every voice i hear what could this be any treatment please help
