YOU need to do abdominal exercise{yoga can help you], other exercise like swiming
and walking will also help you.Take dietary care by taking low kalari food such as,
green leafy vegetables,salads,diet containing high fibre,avoid fruits containing high
kalari like banana chiku mango etc, avoid cold bevereges.Will help you Thanks
