Went To A Doctor Today And Had Some Lab Work

went to a doctor today and had some lab work done this was my second visit with him my vitals the first visit was pretty normal but I was running a fever of 99.9 and my pulse was 102 and today when I went my vitals were 99.0 and my pulse was 102 so we went over so we went over my labs and my white blood count was off and he asked If I was feeling okay I said my ear was hurting so he checked my ear and said he could see my ear drum and ended up pulling a big piece of wax out of ear and ended up having a ear infection. now out of all that he started me on a heart medication ended with olol beta blocker because my pulse was high.. and figured my pulse was high bc I had an infection . I have never had a heart problem before I am 24 years old and I told him I was really concered with this and he told me to take this for 2 months to try this.. whats your guys opinions?
