What Age Can A Man Produce Healthy Sperms Inspite Of Lot Of Ejaculation?
Hello Sir, This is Suyog. When I was 17 I started masturbating (ejaculating). Now my age is 27 years and in these 10 years span I ejaculated lot. And now my 80% hairs are white. I have following questions to you - 1) I want to know upto what age human male body produce a semen which has capacity to fertile egg ? 2) suppose a man ejaculate 50 times / month (i.e. 600 times / year) so upto what age his body will able to produce a semen which has capacity to fertile egg ? 3) Does frequent ejaculation affects sperm count ? 4) Is there any food for frequent ejaculator to maintain sperm count ? 5) Is there any relation between Sperm count and whitening of hairs ? (i.e. Does a man having all white hairs ejaculate a semen having sperm count required to fertile egg to give birth to a healthy baby) If no want to know the remedial treatment to gain the healthy sperm count.

Hair whitening has no relation to sperm count. It needs only a single healthy sperm to enter into the ovum for a baby to be born.
For males there is no age limit to have a capacity to fertile the egg.
It also has no relation to how many times one ejaculates to anything you think of
Frequent ejaculation may reduce the sperm count for a short time only.
There is no food to maintain sperm count
