What Causes Headache After A Tonsillectomy?

My 9 year old daughter had a tonsillectomy and adenoids removed also 19 days ago. She has been complaining of a constant headache for the last 6 days. I have been giving her ibuprofen and tylenol which does help but I'm becoming concerned. Is there any reason this could be happening?

hello,thanks for ur query, post tonsillectomy 19days back, with constant head-ache should be evaluated for the other causes of head-ache.visit an ent surgeon for farther examination and proper treatment.all d best.take care.
