What Causes Heavy Bleeding In Condition Like PCOS?

Hi, I have been diagnosed with PCOS. I have been having heavy periods since 4th February this year. I have tried taking drugs to stop the bleeding but it only stopped for two weeks (the two weeks ended on 7th March). Now the heavy bleeding is back. I have also been taking Hyponidd for PCOS. Please advice. Thanks.

Hi,

You can take drugs like Trenaxa or Ethamsylate to control the bleed.

If bleeding persist, you have to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. You might require drugs like hormonal pills to regularize your periods.
