Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Looks like your daughter is having upper respiratory tract infection, probable rhinosinusitis with pharyngitis. I would advise you to keep your daughter well hydrated and give paracetamol for headache and fever. Warm water or saline gurgling will help for sore throat. If any worsening of symptoms, I would suggest you get an opinion from ENT surgeon too.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nirubhan Bharathy, Pediatrician
