General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Seems to be a sensitivity issue to particular foodstuffs and liquids as it is happening at home and overseas.

Make a list of the ingredients through which he is getting such episodes and you can arrive at a particular conclusion over a period of time.

Else, you can take help from your GP in this regard to find out the sensitivity issue of the intestine and digestive tract.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
