What Could Cause Postauricular Lymph Node Enlargement?

Hi doctors i have girl baby in 9 month. there is some medium enlargment behind her ears. i ask doctors say that inflammation in postauricular lymph node from microb. i not trust in the Dr i ask can you give me device and causes of postauricular lymph node enlargment? Thanks alot

Enlarged lymph nodes are just one of the causes of ear pain. When there is an infection in the inner or outer ear, the postauricular lymph nodes may swell up to help with fighting the disease. It can be from an infection anywhere on the head including the following:

Scalp
Sinuses
Eyes
Nose
Skin
Sinus
