What Is The Reason For Abnormal Periods?

Hello, I'm 24 years old. I have regular periods. My first day of last menstrual period is june 18th. I noticed some brown discharge in tissue when wiping on july 5th and 6th. After two days I noticed some thick white discharge like cottage cheese with no iching and burning. On july 17th and 18th I noticed some brown and light red discharge when wiping. After that I have egg white like discharge. I took a home pregnancy test yesterday but that is negative. Today I noticed some red jelly like discharge when wiping. I am feeling very tired.
