What Is The Recovery Duration For LBA Treatment With Zylin75 And ATP?

Hi, I am 46 years old male. A month back I experienced a sudden jerk in my spine which resulted in severe pain in the lower back and in the complete left leg. My doctor advised me to take complete bed rest for 10 days. On his advice, I got the MRI done which showed problems in L4 AND L5 region. Doctor is giving the word LBA to this. I am taking zYLIN 75 and ATP - THE CELLULAR ENERGIZER. Though I joined office after 15 days rest and therre is no pain while sitting or lying down. But I cannot walk for more than 4-5 minutes. After 4-5 minutes of walking, the stiffness in left leg and back starts. If I sit down or lie down then the pain vanishes. Pls let me know how much time it will take to fully recover. Its a month now.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely nerve impingement due to disc prolapse. In such cases i recommend short term analgesics like aceclofenac, muscle relaxants like thiocolchicoside, physiotherapy and exercises. Zyline is pregabalin for neuropathy. You can have massage and warm compress also. With all these you might get improvement in 2 to 4 weeks.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
