What Should Be Done To Have Baby After One Testes Removed?

Good day,

i have a 1 testes on my left side and got my right side removed due it is undescended. i haven't yet gone througth sperm count...i am married and me and my really wanted a bby of our own...what do you recommend mostly?

Thanks for your query.
You have only one testes as your one testes has been removed .It does not make any difference as for as sperm count /ml of semen is concerned.

Even one testis is capable of producing required quantity of sperm for reproduction.

You do not need any special treatment for having only one testis.
