Hi.. Softening of the chest occurs due to fat deposition.. Areas of the breast is a common place for fat deposition to occur.. If the fat deposition is too much, you may have to find ways of burning it.. Weight reduction programme by means of diet and exercise may be able to help you. Alternatively you may try liposuction  techniques..
