Why Is The Burning Sensation In Breasts While Vomiting?

I am currently dealing with a stomach virus that had me vomiting this morning. While I was purging I had a burning sensation in both of my breasts which had turned bright red. I had never experienced this before. The same is happening now when I sneeze. What could be causing this sensation? Thank you
