Working Overnight, Getting Little Sleep, Eating More Calories. Ability To Burn Down Calories Slow Down?

I work overnights and get little sleep, lately I have been eating more calories than I should for my daily allowance. I am more active, it isn't like I just sit around and eat. I suppose what I want to know is: does your ability to burn calories slow down if you are not sleeping a lot, and active during that time but eating more?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Burning calorie depends on your metabolism and extra activities you do. Your calorie intake should be optimized for your calories used for work Sleep disturbance affect normal metabolic rate, but less sleep and more eating definately affect you. Consult your nutritionist to calculate optimal calorie intake..
