i babysit a child and her mother said she found 1 worm in her stool , what could that be and what could it come from?

Usually it is common to see worm infestations in children due to their playful nature and also lack of hygiene. Worms eggs would be ingested while playing and that shall develop into worms. The child should undergo a anti worm treatment for this problem and it shall be solved.
