Wrist Hurting, Indentation ?

My left wrist has been hurting for weeks now. It cracks every time I move it and there is an indentation on the top part of my hand near my wrist, almost looks like a whole.

I think you are having wrist synovitis with edema at wrist. I would suggest you to get x ray of wrist joint, to see if there is any bony abnormality. Also if there is any pain you can take Brufen tablet. I would also suggest you to apply compression bandage. You can apply hot water fomentation.
